Sky Zone, the world's first indoor trampoline park and inventor of "fun fitness," is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of South Florida's premier family entertainment destinations.

What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind every aspect of park operations, team development, guest satisfaction, safety, and financial performance.
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff
Create a positive, engaging, and accountable culture
Lead by example and inspire excellence throughout the organization
Develop future leaders through ongoing coaching and mentorship
Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that create lifelong fans
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Ensure every guest receives a safe, memorable, and fun experience
Drive a culture focused on hospitality and service excellence
Operations & Safety
Oversee all daily park operations
Serve as Manager on Duty during scheduled shifts
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Conduct routine facility, equipment, and safety inspections
Coordinate maintenance programs and vendor relationships
Respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges and emergencies
Business Performance
Drive revenue growth through memberships, birthday parties, group events, and in-park sales
Manage labor, expenses, and operational budgets
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an energetic, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, coaching teams, interacting with guests, and driving results.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, fitness, retail, restaurant, or similar high-volume operations
Proven experience leading and developing teams
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience managing both full-time and part-time employees
Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, POS systems, and reporting tools
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
