When you walk through our doors you may see one of our many office dogs, people gathering for healthy lunch group, a fitness center, flat screen TV’s, kids, and of course lots of toys! It’s a very creative workplace - no stuffy beige cubicles found here. We want people who do serious work, but don’t take themselves too seriously. Mr. Stodgy Pants need not apply (you know who you are)!

Redemption Plus was presented with the industry’s coveted Golden Token award for Best Customer Service and Support in 2001, 2004, and 2009, as well as Best New Redemption or Novelty Product in 2009. They were also honored with a Brass Ring award, presented by IAAPA, for Honorable Mention for Best New Product in 2011.
Redemption Plus was a finalist in Ingram’s Best Companies To Work For in 2008 and a winner in their 2009 competition. Ingram’s Best Companies To Work For recognizes workplaces of the highest quality in the Greater Kansas City area, whose management practices, educational and advancement opportunities, benefits and spirit of teamwork set them apart from thousands of other companies throughout the region.
They were rated as one of Kansas City’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies by Ingram’s magazine all 6 years between 2004 and 2009 as well as in 2011. They also placed in Inc. 5000’s Fasted Growing Companies in 2007 and 2008.
One of their most prized awards is being named one of the Top 10 Small Businesses of the Year by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce in 2008.

Ron Hill, President/CEO, was selected as one of the seven entrepreneurs for the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program in 2008. It’s a 3 year program that matches seasoned, successful entrepreneur mentors with less-experienced mentees.
