Original X Productions is seeking a Vice President of Guest Experience & Venue Operations, responsible for shaping and executing a world-class experience and hospitality strategy across all OGX productions. This executive will oversee all aspects of the guest experience, including front-of-house operations, retail, and food & beverage services, ensuring every interaction aligns with our commitment to high profile, top quality experiences. They will lead operational teams, establish service standards, and drive revenue growth through innovative guest engagement strategies while optimizing the performance of retail and F&B offerings.
This role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale guest-facing operations with expertise in hospitality, audience engagement, and operational excellence. The VP will also oversee all retail and F&B operations, ensuring seamless integration into the guest experience while maintaining quality, efficiency, and driving profitability.
They will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to enhance the overall guest experience and assist with the development of and lead the execution for premium hospitality packages, merchandise strategies, and innovative food & beverage programs.
Strong leadership, strategic vision, and data-driven decision-making are essential, as this individual will be responsible for building high-performing teams and refining processes that elevate the OGX brand.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of leadership experience in guest experience, hospitality, live entertainment, or retail/F&B operations, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement scalable operations and drive business growth. The salary range for this role considers a range of variables used in making compensation decisions and may include but is not limited to; experience, training, licenses, certifications, skills sets, business needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique variables that are present, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-$160,000. This range has not been adjusted based on the geographic location of the successful incumbent.
