Mobile Parking Operative – Full Time

Location: On the road (various UK client sites)
Base: Mobile – using own vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
Salary: £12.25 per hour, paid weekly
Bonus: Operative Performance Bonus paid fortnightly + Loyalty Bonus Scheme

As a Mobile Parking Operative, you’ll work on the frontline of that mission, ensuring fair and consistent parking practices, supporting site upkeep, and delivering excellent service to drivers and clients alike.

What You’ll Do

• Patrol client car parks and private land, ensuring parking compliance

• Issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) for vehicles breaching site terms

• Travel between multiple sites using your own vehicle

• Provide accurate site coverage and complete site status reports

• Respond to public queries and provide clear advice on appeals

• Check and report on signage and bay markings

• Carry out basic on-site cleaning (e.g. litter picking) as needed

• Represent Intelli-Park professionally in all interactions

Rota & Flexibility

• Standard shifts:

  ​

  • Mon–Tues: 12pm–9pm

  • Fri–Sun: 9am–6pm

  • Rest days: Wed & Thurs

• Flexibility may be required to support operational needs

• Overtime opportunities may be available

What You’ll Need

• Access to your own car or motorbike

• A valid UK Driving Licence

• Business insurance (or willingness to add it – we’ll reimburse £50!)

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience

• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset

• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations

• Flexibility to assist with local coverage during absence or holidays

• (Some roles may require a DBS check prior to starting)

What You’ll Get

• £12.25/hour base pay

• Performance Bonus (from day 1, paid fortnightly)

• Fuel reimbursement (currently 27p per mile)

• Business insurance reimbursement (£50)

• MOT reimbursement (£55 annually)
