 Intercard is looking for a super talented individual to join the team as we continue our growth and improve our prospecting, lead creation process and increase sales revenues. 

 Intercard helps Family Entertainment brands grow revenues, streamline system management and increase customer satisfaction by delivering innovative cashless payment debit systems focused on the arcade and amusement industry.

 The Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities and influence your key opportunities to close business with a goal of generating high margin revenue for Intercard.

 The Sales Rep will track activities in NetSuite and conduct high-level conversations with Intercard’s Domestic Sales Manager about their business, their marketing issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has high visibility  within the sales organization and will represent us across the country at trade shows. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

 Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities

  • Strategize with top-producing sales managers
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing products/technology
  • Engage executives and decision makers in targeted prospect accounts
  • Orchestrate discussions with influencers and decision makers around their business needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors

Salary:   Very competitive base salary + commissions + potential quarterly bonuses + all travel expenses paid



  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
  • 2+ years sales or related Amusement Industry experience
  • Candidates should have one of the following: Amusement Industry or Cashless Payment system or Point of Sale System Sales
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
